These terms govern use of the website stilicateg.buzz and general conditions for made-to-measure sewing services offered by Šitie Atelier at Panenská 15, 811 03 Bratislava, Slovakia. By using the site or commissioning work you confirm that you have read this page. Binding commission details are confirmed in writing (email is sufficient) for each order.
Services
We sew custom clothing and related fittings by appointment. Descriptions on this website are informational. Price, timeline, fabric, and design details are agreed before we cut fashion fabric. Deposits paid for fabric or labour are applied to the final invoice; refunds for custom-cut cloth are limited once cutting has started, except where required by Slovak consumer law.
Appointments
Please arrive on time for fittings. If you need to reschedule, contact us during opening hours. Repeated no-shows may lead us to decline further bookings. Saturday visits require prior confirmation.
Website content
Text and images on this site are for presenting the atelier. They may not be copied for commercial use without permission. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that every photograph represents a current sample in stock.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Slovak law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from website use. For commissioned garments, our responsibility covers workmanship as agreed; fabric behaviour after improper home care is outside our control if care instructions were provided. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Courts in Bratislava have jurisdiction where legally allowed, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venue rules. EU consumers may also use the ODR platform information provided by the European Commission where applicable.
