Data we collect

Identity and contact details you provide (name, email, phone, postal city if given); fitting notes and measurements needed to sew garments; correspondence about commissions; and technical data such as cookie preferences stored in your browser when you use our cookie controls. We do not require special-category data. Please do not send health information unless it is strictly necessary for garment comfort, in which case we treat it as confidential and minimise retention.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to enquiries and perform a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to operate the website and keep necessary security logs (Art. 6(1)(f)); and, where you consent, for optional analytics cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to twenty-four months unless a commission continues. Measurement cards for active or returning clients are kept for up to five years after the last appointment, then deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by Slovak accounting rules for invoices.

Recipients and transfers

Data stays with the atelier and, where needed, with IT or hosting providers bound by processing agreements. We do not sell personal data. Transfers outside the EEA occur only with appropriate safeguards if a tool we use requires them.
